Wellstowne Worlds |
In an attempt to return more to the roots of Pixelated Pickaxe and the style of Wellstowne Classic, Homestead was intended to foster a spawn village that featured more natural terrain, winding paths, and smaller more homely buildings, compared to the large flat grid structure of the spawn city in Wellstowne Metropolis. To many, this was largely accomplished, as the spawn village did flourish in more natural ways. The theme was also a nod to the new horses, added in Minecraft 1.6. To many, this was the last Wellstowne world that was a part of the original Pixelated Pickaxe experience. Later worlds featured fewer and fewer members and less and less consistent activity.
