BURRCO is a member company that was established and managed by server member Burrowdizzy. It is the first entity of its kind and was the only remaining user company to survive to the latest world besides BW Industries and GOLINC. BURRCO follows stereotypical "shady" business practices, such as eliminating large swaths of land, intruding on the public domain, and committing acts of animal cruelty.
History
BURRCO began on New Wellstowne following accusations that Burrowdizzy fornicated with chickens. In an effort to change public opinion for the better, Burrowdizzy began to commit other acts of animal cruelty towards chickens by confining and crushing them in small spaces in order to provide the server with food at the BURRCO Chicken Processing Factory.
Following this, BURRCO constructed their headquarters off the Wellstowne mainland in an effort to be more secretive about business malpractices. The People's Technocratic Republic of Wensburrow was selected for this endeavor, though due to time constraints, no actual malpractices were committed.
BURRCO, towards the end of the lifespan of New Wellstowne, began testing ways to farm musical records, a successful venture that was recreated on the next map, Metropolis, and sold to the general public at the Record Shop on Broadway.
BURRCO began developing plans for mass chicken sale on a larger scale after Metropolis. Homestead was the first implementation of these new chicken farming technologies, with significant efforts put into the sale of chicken at the Chicken Bucket.
The company had projects planned on Reloaded, but none of these ever achieved completion, meaning that no BURRCO activities succeeded from 2014 to 2018. At the end of 2018, with the start of Boogaloo, BURRCO successfully returned to the Wellstowne stage with the completion of a new Chicken Bucket franchise. Following this, a massive swathe of land was claimed on Caseus Nova for the BURRCO Campus project, and a regional office was established in Canaltown.
Agencies
Office of River Restoration
The Office of River Restoration was an effort by the Metropolis division to maintain the Wells River in the main city. This effort was meant to maintain the aesthetic beauty of the landscape near the river. Starting with the operations in Boogaloo, this duty to maintain the aesthetic beauty of landscapes was consolidated into BIOME.
BURRCO Infrastructure Office for Maintenence and Enforcement (BIOME)
The BURRCO Infrastructure Office for Maintenence and Enforcement (BIOME) was founded in February 2018 in Port Wellstowne. The agency was to be located within BURRCO Tower II, a building project that never began construction. The primary focus of the agency is the construction of the Regional Highway Network for the area. Further infrastructure developments would have included elytra runways and possibly rail lines.
Upon the start of operations on the island of Caseus Nova, BURRCO declared jurisdictional control of infrastructure for the island. BIOME projects will include rail lines. Starting in September 2019, BIOME began monitoring local mining operations. Permits must be issued for land operations, such as sand mining. TheSwiftClick is one individual that violated this rule.
Postal Service
BURRCO formerly operated the public postal service for the region surrounding Caseus Nova. Mail was to be dropped off at outlying offices, such as the unconstructed Canal Town Office or New Tonyville Town Hall, then it would be delivered to the receiver's closest Post Office. One clause associated with this is that post mailed via this service forgoes postman-client confidentiality. Upon the construction of the Canal Town Post Office, BURRCO forfeited control of the postal service and this division closed down.
Safety Division
Investigations
In September 2019, the Safety Division conducted an investigation into a complaint submitted to Immaco by TheSwiftClick. The complaint was regarding a large presence of hostile mobs and two near-death experiences at Immaco Mob Services. This came to BURRCO's attention after postal mail was delivered by TheSwiftClick to the BW Industries mailbox. As BURRCO owned and operated the postal service at the time, reading the mail was technically a violation of privacy, but not illegal. The BURRCO Safety Division immediately shut down the branch of the Nether Network Revamp Project 2.0 leading to Immaco Mob Services. BW Industries proceeded to pursue legal action against BURRCO.
Legal
BURRCO Legal oversees legal services for the company at large. All legal complaints, including threats of litigation, are to be directed to the legal division. Should such threats arrive, the operating procedure for other divisions of the company is to immediately halt operations until the dispute is resolved.
To avoid paying out fines, the legal team will pursue a legal victory at all costs, regardless of the ethics associated with such actions. This may include covering up of illegal activities, bribery, threats, and, if necessary, disposal of assets.
In September 2019, two such cases arose, BW Industries v. BURRCO and Gustav Griswold v. BURRCO. The former was regarding the Safety Division's aforementioned investigation of Immaco Mob Services. The latter was regarding accusations that Chicken Bucket product was not actually chicken, but cod, which resulted in mercury poisoning.

Activities outside of Minecraft
BURRCO generally also acts outside of other video games. One of the first was Kerbal Space Program, where all rockets launched by Burrowdizzy flew equipped with a "BURRCO Space Division" flag.
Grand Theft Auto Online
BURRCO in the video game Grand Theft Auto Online operates under the company SecuroServ to steal and sell illegal cargo and vehicles for no real significant profit.
Kerbal Space Program
BURRCO works with the Kerbal Space Agency to produce traditional rocket-based spacecraft. On one occasion during a Munar landing mission, Chance Wen committed Grand Theft Spacecraft on a BURRCO vessel, perpetuating the rivalry between BURRCO and IUG.
