BURRCO Retail Outlet of Spruce Valley is a small retail establishment in Spruce Valley located across from AJAXX Building Supplies. The building itself is small, in line with the other early shops in Paramount, and follows a new corporate design philosophy for BURRCO that includes acacia logs, light grey terracotta, and bricks. This is a build palette was originally used for The Box Shop in Monolith.
The Retail Outlet, intended to be the first of many on Paramount, is selling byproducts of the pillager farm. This includes Totems of Undying, saddles, ominous banners, and free crossbows. For the initial opening of the store, emeralds are listed as "coming soon." This is due to an agreement between BURRCO and AJAXX Incorporated.

- The first sale of the shop two Totems of Undying to Immabed, who nearly died just minutes before the shop opened to creepers while building a hostile mob farm for Camp Immacamp.
- Some of the other server members likened the style of the building to a 90s paper company office. The corporate design style is intentional.
